I’ve been blessed to have had ‘moggies’ in my life since childhood, learning from a young age that cats have their own unique personalities. Chico tolerated us kids, but was my Mum’s cat…. Big shout out to MiMi who was happy to wear my daisy chain around her neck all day & let me paint her claws with pink nail varnish!  On leaving home I ‘rescued’ Harley (a feral) & Norton (my soul mate). After losing both i went to my first cat show & saw the Norwegian Forest Cat breed. I was instantly blown away & promised myself that when I was ready to be a guardian again……
In 2006 I began my search & was recommended to contact Julie. Luckily for me she had kittens available. We had a long conversation on the phone & I was thrilled to pass her initial cat slave vetting procedure. Photos of kittens followed as did more telephone conversations & email up-dates. I was so pleased to learn how particular she is about where & with whom her cats are homed. Her love & duty of care for her kittens are there for their lifespan, supporting you every step of the way. Julie’s ethics are impeccable & she is a credit to the Norwegian Forest Cat breeding community. I consider myself fortunate to have her friendship.  She also happens to breed beautiful (prizewinning) cats….. Indigo (now retired) reached Quadruple Grand Champion with TICA.

I can’t recommend Julie enough if you’re looking for a quality, healthy, and beautiful kitten.  This is the first cat I’ve ever actually purchased as all my previous cats have been rescues or strays, but this is a breed of cat I’ve been fascinated with for over a decade and have finally been able to have one.  I must have contacted nearly 50 different people in my search for a NFC and nearly all were either unregistered breeders or out right scammers. Eventually I found Julie and her beautiful cats and it was such a relief to see how professional and knowledgeable she was right from day one.  She sent photos and details of all the kittens and their parents and insisted we come to visit before she would accept a deposit from us.  Our first visit was wonderful and we were there for hours getting to know her and her gorgeous cats. She answered all our questions and asked us some in return to check for suitability.  We had our eye on one little boy before we even arrived, and fell in love instantly once we actually met him in person, although we could have easily taken all the kittens they were just so lovely.  We got to see his mum, sister, and all the other kittens from a different mum. She showed us photos of dad as he belongs to someone else so didn’t live there.  All the cats and kittens want for nothing and you can see just how loved they are.  We were ecstatic when Julie said she’s happy for us to purchase one of her babies, and that we could come back to collect him once he’d been neutered, had his final 12 week jabs and vet check.  During that time she sent almost daily photos and videos of Erik to keep us updated with his progress, and finally he was ready for us to collect.  He came with a kitten pack that had loads of toys, some food, a brush, treats, and his registration papers, 4 weeks free insurance, his microchip details etc etc.  Erik has only been with us for nearly 2 days and we are so in love with him! I’m obsessed with his gorgeousness and am so excited to have a life with him.  I’m pretty sure Julie will also be in our life forever now and she’s just the loveliest lady. So down to earth and easy to talk to, but so knowledgeable and professional at the same time. We have nothing but positive words for her

I first met Julie when I was 20 and my mum and dad had decided to get me a kitten for my 21st birthday. As soon as I met her I knew that I had made a life long friend and when she introduced me to Loxi who climbed into my lap it was love at first sight. I was so incredibly lucky to have just over 17 amazing years with Loxi who was my bestest friend. And I am now a proud cat mummy again to Marsha and I can honestly say that Julie's furbabies have changed my life for the better and I am so happy that I chose to have a Wegie, they are unlike any other cat and are super special and once you meet them you will understand.

After getting our daughter a Norwegian Forest cat we fell in love with this majestic breed and knew we had to have one for ourselves. We welcomed our beautiful Bonita and lovely Lula soon after and enjoyed sharing a special bond with them both. We now have our Daisy and Danny who bring such a delight to our lives with their mischievous antics and they enjoy nothing more than snuggling and being with you. This was the best decision we ever made and we are so grateful to Julie who is always on hand to help and is the most supporting caring breeder you could ever wish for.

Julie was recommended to us through enquiries at various cat shows. She breeds gorgeous true to type Norwegian Forest cats ("Wegies"). Wegies are totally unlike any other breed, don't be fooled to think you know about cats unless you have the pleasure of becoming a slave to one of Julie's kittens or cats. Our Wegie, Annie, is just amazing - curious, inquisitive, playful, entertaining, extremely loving, fun to have around, a great companion to us and our Domestic Shorthaired Cat, just stunning.
